Refund Policy

1. Refund of Payment Received
In case a refund request is accepted, the partial or complete amount will be refunded in the same mode you have paid. We shall deduct a minimum of 30% of the amount from the total cost charged as refund charges in case of an invalid reason for refund. If we cannot process your application, we shall provide a full refund.

2. Refund Request
The Refund will only be considered in the case of an apparent, visible deficiency with the service or product purchased from mydrivinglicense.

3. Cancellation of Application
You can’t cancel the application once applied on our website. There is no provision for cancellation.
If you want to apply for a refund, you need to cancel your application. While the cancelation process, you require to send us the OTP, and once we receive the approval of your application being canceled. We’ll proceed with your refund.

4. Clarification About Application

5. Force Majeure shall not be counted in breach of its satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be responsible to the client for any suspension, interruption, or delay in the performance of its responsibilities because of an earthquake, flood, fire, cyclone, lightning, drought, landslide, storm, hurricane, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, the act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, pandemic, plague or famine, the action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, terrorism, war, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force majeure event”).
